Campaign to conserve the ingenious Ankole Long horned cattle and stop their population from dwindling due pressure from new improved breeds which farmers are shifting to.
Conserve the IK People
UEI supports the IK indigenous people in their efforts to protect their culture and habitats and secure economic independence. The Ik people sometimes called Teuso (literally meaning ‘poor people of dogs, without cattle or guns.’)
Ssese Islands Protected Area
UEI follows a phased approach and focuses on the core operation and capacity building needed, as well as on key strategic issues such as island restoration, fisheries management and tourism development.
